Little Big Planet may just hit the PSP

According to an anonymous source at CVG

LittleBigPlanet is currently in development for PSP at Sony Studio Liverpool

No other details were given besides that. However I wouldn’t be suprised by this move as LBP has a lot of potential on Sony’s portable. Chances are that this game wouldn’t have the ability to create levels, although thanks to the PSP’s WiFi I could very well see some PSP to PS3 connection options.

Or perhaps via remote play similar to Lair you can play the Blu-Ray, PS3 version of Little Big Planet on your PSP.

Sony UK has yet to comment on this.

Resistance 2 trailer… This friday!

This friday will be the reveal trailer of this generations most underrated series that can still top most games in 2008. Gametrailers TV host Geoff Keighley has announced on his blog that the April 11 episode will feature “something special from our friends at Insomniac Games and Sony Computer Entertainment”, one of seven exclusives Keighley talks about. For the official confirmation take a look at this trailer.

This week’s GameTrailers TV features not just a Resistance 2 teaser, but Soulcalibur IV in-game action with Vader and Yoda, plus loads of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

Europe Grand Theft Auto IV PS3 bundle revealed

In a complete suprise out of nowhere via Webhallen a Swedish retailer website has shown what appears to be a PS3 and GTA IV. Inside that box will be Grand Theft Auto IV, a 40 GB PS3. The PS3 box is also something special as its something many GTA fans will want to keep. Also theres a chance this bundle might include the rumbling DualShock 3. Currently this bundle has only been announced in Europe but we can hope this unit will hit stateside when GTA IV comes out. The GTA IV bundle will be priced at 4,499 SEK ( around $755, also note that in Europe gaming is a tad more expensive). I’d be suprised not to see Microsoft launch a similar bundle for PS3, but if they don’t and assuming this bundle does come to the US this will help people further associate the PlayStation branding and Grand Theft Auto.
